Specification review before pricing
The RFQ is checked for product family, grade, dimensions, quantity, documents, packing, Incoterm and destination before the next commercial step.
Steel RFQ from Turkey
Request a steel quotation from Turkey for carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminium and project metal parts.
SteelFromTurkey is a Turkey-based steel supplier and exporter for international buyers that need RFQ review, specification checks, MTC support and export documentation.

RFQ checklist
A steel RFQ Turkey request is easier to price when the technical and commercial fields are sent together. If one field is not known, share the application and the downstream process so the requirement can be clarified before quotation.

State the product form first: hot rolled coil, cold rolled sheet, steel plate, stainless sheet, galvanized sheet, structural profile, aluminium sheet or fabricated metal part. Then add the grade and standard where available.
Send dimensions in millimeters when possible. Include thickness, width, length, coil weight, bundle weight, section size or drawing dimensions. Quantity should be stated in metric tons, pieces, coils or annual volume.
Specify whether the RFQ needs MTC / EN 10204 3.1, EN 10204 3.2, third-party inspection, certificate of origin, packing list review or project-specific documentation.
Share the destination port or delivery city and preferred Incoterm. SteelFromTurkey can review FOB Turkish port, CIF destination port and DAP requests when the product, packing and logistics route are confirmed.
Commercial review
RFQ pricing is project-specific. The review considers product family, grade, standard, dimensions, tolerance, surface condition, quantity, processing, packing, certificate requirement, inspection scope, freight, insurance and Incoterms.
Stainless steel price depends on grade, finish, thickness, width, quantity, surface protection, protective film, packing, MTC scope and market inputs. A 304 2B sheet inquiry is not priced the same way as a 316L No.4 finish requirement with protective film and tight tolerance.
Carbon steel and flat product quotations are influenced by grade, mill route, thickness, width, cut-to-length needs, coating or oiling, packing, order quantity and shipment term.
After submission
After the RFQ is submitted, SteelFromTurkey reviews the specification for missing technical fields, checks possible Turkish-origin supply options and confirms whether the request is ready for quotation or needs clarification.

The response may include a supply route, clarification questions, requested document scope, suggested Incoterm, or a note that availability must be confirmed by grade, size and quantity.

Why SteelFromTurkey
The RFQ is checked for product family, grade, dimensions, quantity, documents, packing, Incoterm and destination before the next commercial step.
SteelFromTurkey reviews possible Turkish-origin supply options according to product type, availability, documentation scope and export route.
Buyers can define MTC, inspection, certificate of origin, packing list and project document needs before price assumptions are finalized.
Process
Share product family, grade, dimensions, quantity, documents, Incoterm, destination and any MTO or drawings.
The specification is reviewed for gaps that may affect grade selection, availability, packing, certificates or freight.
Suitable Turkish mill, service-center or verified partner routes are checked according to the RFQ scope.
The response confirms whether pricing can proceed or whether technical and document details must be clarified first.
FAQ
Send product family, grade, standard, dimensions, quantity, packing, MTC requirements, destination and Incoterm. Complete RFQ details help SteelFromTurkey review feasibility and respond with a project-specific route.
Yes. RFQs can be reviewed for FOB Turkish port when the product, mill route, cargo readiness, packing and port plan are confirmed.
Yes. Share the destination port and required delivery term so freight, insurance, documentation and shipment route can be reviewed with the material quotation.
Yes, if the project requires material traceability or buyer approval documents. State whether EN 10204 3.1, EN 10204 3.2, third-party inspection or another document package is required.
Not always. The 24h response is an RFQ review target. A final proforma invoice depends on confirmed specification, availability, commercial terms, documentation scope and buyer approval.
